Every box now has an Export menu, and so does the Cases page. The CSV has every comment you can see — date, rating, the comment, whether you replied, and the case number if there is one — with commenter identities left out on purpose. On Pro and Business there's also a one-page PDF summary with the counts, the themes, and every comment you answered next to your reply, ready to hand to an auditor, an inspector, or your boss.
