These Terms govern your use of CMNT CARD (“we,” “us”). By using the service, you agree to them.

The service

CMNT CARD provides digital comment cards — reached via links or QR codes — that let businesses collect private feedback and optionally reply to the people who leave it.

Accounts

You’re responsible for your account, for keeping access secure, and for activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for any business you represent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use CMNT CARD for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes;
• collect feedback in violation of others’ privacy or applicable law;
• access accounts or data that aren’t yours, or disrupt, probe, or overload the service;
• send spam or solicit responses under false pretenses.

We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these Terms.

Content and feedback

• Account holders own the feedback collected through their boxes and are responsible for how they collect and use it, including providing any notices their respondents are owed.
• Respondents keep ownership of what they submit and grant the business — and CMNT CARD, to operate the service — the right to receive, store, and process it.
• You grant CMNT CARD a limited license to host and process content solely to provide and improve the service.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed as described at checkout (for example, per comment box, monthly or annually). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing prospectively with notice.

Availability

We work to keep CMNT CARD available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without a warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Termination

You may stop using CMNT CARD at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service. On termination, we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CMNT CARD is provided without warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms; we’ll revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use means you accept the changes.
